Frequently asked questions from providers
What is my role with platform bookings?
You deliver the booked service as a service partner for HOPS24. The platform manages the contract, payment flow, claims and customer communication centrally.
What do I need to work with the platform?
You should have solid business details, appropriate liability insurance, clear pricing, reasonable response times and reliable service records.
When do I get paid?
Payment is made only after service delivery, internal approval, and when no open complaints, refund or safety cases remain.
What is the commission rate?
The commission rate currently stored in the system is 12 % on platform bookings, unless otherwise agreed.
How are problems on the event day handled?
Disruptions, delays or safety issues must be reported immediately. Depending on the case, remediation, substitute performance, refund or another solution will be managed via the platform.
Do I get documents for my accountant?
Yes. In the dashboard you will find a complete revenue overview – filterable by year or month – with all bookings, the deducted commission and your actual payment received. Available for download as CSV (Excel-compatible), XML and PDF. Small businesses and standard-taxed providers are correctly distinguished.
Can I also add bookings that did not come through HOPS24?
Yes. In the "Bookings" tab of your dashboard, you will find an area called "Add external booking". There you can record orders received by phone, Instagram, WhatsApp or direct contact – with customer details, date, address and amount. The booking immediately blocks your calendar for the relevant listing and appears in the CSV export just like any platform booking. No commission on external bookings.
